Terms & Conditions – CVanté Branding Solutions

1. Scope of Services

CVanté provides personal and professional branding, creative strategy, and marketing services as outlined in the proposal or service package. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are 100% in advance before the commencement of any service. As creative work involves dedicated time and effort, projects cannot be paused, cancelled, or refunded once initiated.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if a service is cancelled before initiation. In such cases, administrative and processing charges up to 10% of the total amount will be deducted.
No refund is applicable once any stage of the service has begun.

4. Revisions & Approvals

CVanté offers unlimited content revisions until final approval. Once the content is locked and moved to the next production stage (design, campaign, or deployment), any further edits or revisions will be billed additionally.

5. Service Guarantee

CVanté provides a service guarantee that includes up to three (3) edit requests within one week of project completion.
These edits refer to micro changes only (e.g., minor text adjustments, tone refinement, or formatting tweaks) and do not include new concepts, redesigns, or strategy changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, content, and designs remain the property of CVanté until full payment is received. After settlement, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. CVanté reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without written consent.

8. Timelines

Project timelines depend on timely feedback and approvals from the client. CVanté is not responsible for delays caused by late responses or change requests during the project.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Proceeding with payment or confirming a service with CVanté implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
