Position Title: Affiliate Sales & Marketing Executives/ Associate Manager

About the Role
We are inviting ambitious and performance-driven individuals to join our team as Affiliate Sales & Marketing Executives. This is a high-reward, incentive-only role where your earnings are directly linked to your results. You will work from our office premises, and engage with own sourced data or Company-provided leads to drive registrations and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads using social platforms and resources.
- Engage with assigned leads via phone, email, and other approved channels.
- Convert registrations into sales through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions in the Company’s CRM/tracker.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets while maintaining a high standard of discipline and performance.
- Uphold confidentiality of client data and follow Company policies while working on-site.
Compensation Structure
This is a purely incentive-based role with no fixed salary.
Average Earning Potential: ₹20,000 – ₹1,50,000+ per month (performance-based; no upper limit)
Job Type: Affiliate Engagement (Incentive-Only) – Convertible to Permanent Role (Performance-Based)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or lead generation preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in an incentive-only role with unlimited earning potential.
