Freelance Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (Freelance / Project-Based) 
Engagement Type: Freelance / Per Assignment 

Role Overview 

CVanté is looking for creative and dependable Freelance Graphic Designers to support ongoing design requirements across social media, branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality creatives within agreed timelines while maintaining brand consistency. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design static social media posts, promotional creatives, banners, and marketing collaterals 
• Create reels and short-form video creatives for social media platforms 
• Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually appealing designs 
• Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining quality standards 
• Incorporate feedback and revisions as required 
• Adhere to brand guidelines and communication objectives 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory) 
• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual hierarchy 
• Experience in designing social media creatives and digital marketing assets 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments 
• Good communication skills and responsiveness during project execution 

Mandatory Requirements 

• Candidate must have access to licensed or functional versions of: 
• Adobe Photoshop 
• Adobe Illustrator 
• Reliable internet connection and ability to communicate remotely 
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work 
• Availability for review meetings during business hours (tentatively between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, as required)

Compensation Structure 

Static Graphics 

• ₹300 – ₹600 per static post 

Compensation will vary based on: 

• Complexity of design 
• Turnaround time and urgency 

Reels / Motion Creatives 

• ₹500 – ₹1,000 per reel 

Compensation will vary based on: 

• Complexity of editing and animation 
• Turnaround time and urgency
