Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to support our growing team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment while also handling core HR operations, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and office administration. The position requires a hands-on professional who can multitask, stay organized, and contribute to building a strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Drive employer branding activities to strengthen CVanté’s image as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
HR Generalist Functions
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with company culture and compliance.
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely processing with accuracy.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, including activities, feedback mechanisms, and team events.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support performance management processes.
Administration Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and compliance partners as required.
- Assist management with training sessions, events, and audits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (freshers with strong internship experience may be considered).
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, HR policies, and payroll basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office / HR tools (HRMS, ATS) preferred.
