About the Role
We are looking for result-driven Inside Sales Specialists with strong experience in core sales and business development. This role is focused on driving revenue through direct customer interactions, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions/services
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture leads to conversion
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead and sales data
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in core sales / business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to handle high-volume lead funnels efficiently
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
Eligibility Criteria (Important)
✔ Candidates must have direct sales / revenue-generating experience
✔ Experience in B2C and/or B2B sales is acceptable
🚫 Not suitable for candidates with only:
- Operations-focused roles
- Sales coordination roles
- Account management without direct sales responsibility
- Team handling roles limited to upselling without core sales exposure
