Role Overview
CVanté is looking for a Website Developer on a 2-month contractual engagement to manage routine website updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor feature-level changes. The role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day website requirements and ensure the website remains functional, updated, and error-free.
Key Responsibilities
Website Updates & Content Management
- Update website pages, content, images, banners, and other website elements
- Create and update pages such as Career pages, Blog pages, service pages, etc.
- Upload and format blogs and other website content
- Make minor layout and content changes as required
Website Maintenance
- Manage regular website maintenance and routine checks
- Update plugins, themes, integrations, and other website components as required
- Check website functionality after updates and identify potential issues
- Monitor and resolve broken links, display issues, formatting errors, and other minor website errors
- Conduct basic performance and functionality checks across key website pages
- Identify and report issues requiring major development or third-party intervention
Minor Development & Technical Support
- Implement minor website features and functionality changes
- Troubleshoot routine technical issues
- Ensure compatibility of website updates and plugins
- Support basic website optimization and improvements as required
Key KRAs
- Website Content & Page Updates: Timely and accurate implementation of website changes
- Website Maintenance: Regular maintenance, plugin/theme updates, and functionality checks
- Error & Issue Resolution: Identification and resolution of routine website errors
- Minor Feature Updates: Timely implementation of small website enhancements
- Website Reliability: Ensure key website pages and features remain functional and updated
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in website development, maintenance, or website management
- Good understanding of website CMS platforms and basic web development
- Ability to manage plugins, themes, pages, images, forms, and website content
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines

Expected Time Commitment: Approximately 30 hours per month
